Van Rates Fall, but Volumes Hold Steady 
Load-to-Truck Ratios Decline
Aug 5 – 11 – Rates for vans, reefers and flatbeds continue their seasonal slide, but prices are still more than 20% higher than last year at this time. Freight volumes held steady for vans last week, but national load-to-truck ratios declined for all three equipment types.
