This site is dedicated to you, the trucker, who works hard for a living. Unfortunately, there are companies ( Brokers and Shippers ) out there that not only treat you wrong, but also like to cheat you out of your hard earned money.

The staff of TruckingSuccess.com hesitatet for a long time to place a service of this nature on their web site. However, recent events and developments in the trucking industry convinced us that the placement of this service site is " just " and also timely.

Your information will warn your fellow truckers of misconduct by Brokers and Shippers. Maybe together we can make a difference and help others to keep their hard earned money.

Complaint against:
Visalia Logistics, Inc., 15445 Avenue 328, Visalia, CA 93279
This company with their owners Kelly M. Leigh and Jesse Leigh
cheated in 2004 hundreds of owner operators. They knew that their bond was cancelled, they knew that they couldn't pay the owner operators but they still continued doing business without paying the bills.
One of the owners, Jesse Leigh, used this practice before with another company name and we have learned that Visalia Logistics, Inc. is of course now bankrupt. We believe that he might try to establish another company and he will use the same fraudulent activities. Be on the look-out for Jesse and Kelly M. Leigh, if you get in contact with these people please don't do any business because you too will lose. This complaint was issued by J.W. Lessing, Phoenix, AZ.
