Return Policy
Any purchase of our printed publications and our publications on CD-R is final and we don't accept returns for refunds. Videos and DVD's can be returned only if the shrink-wrap is not damaged in any form. We do not refund on electronically transmitted material. Our security products are subject to our return policy for security products, we charge a $25.00 re-stocking fee. Our trucking software is also subject to our return policy for trucking software, we charge a $25.00 re-stocking fee. In addition, we accept only returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for all eligible products. We don't accept returns for special orders like fixed king pin locks.
Shipping
We do not ship any products outside of the United States or Canada. Our printed material however can be downloaded world wide. United States military shipments will be processed only with a correct APO address.
